Timothy W. Tassin is the President of Triumph Development Corporation. Benefiting from the experience of generations of craftsmen in the Tassin family, Tim received his contractor's license at the age of eighteen and soon began building his first home. After moving to Naples in 1988 with his wife and children, Tim soon formed Design Build of Naples, Inc. and immediately begin building the excellent reputation his company enjoys today. Tim is able to draw on 25 years of experience as a carpenter, contractor and designer to create and construct unique products. Mr. Tassin is a properly licensed Florida General Contractor as well as a member in good standing of the Collier Building Industry Association.

Capitalizing on his past success, and with considerable encouragement form former clients who are well aware of his talents, Mr. Tassin decided to expan his company to the speculative luxury home market ... hence the formation of Triumph Development.
